Cultural Tour 3

Last cultural tour, enjoying the underwater life in Manila Ocean Park.

Manila Ocean Park is an oceanarium in Manila. It is Philippine’s first world-class marine theme park and a premiere educational facility.

On Saturday August 25th 2018, we met with Dr.Stephen in front of FEU’s education building around 11.07 a.m. We waited for grab driver whose going to take us to the Ocean Park around 20 minutes while talking about our experiences during our stay in Manila. Then, after arriving at Manila Ocean Park, we firstly took our lunch in one of the food stores there. After that, strolling around to see the sea animals like fishes, little sharks, seahorses, starfishes, and many more. We took some pictures there.

After strolling under the big aquarium, we decided to go out and headed to the birds house where there were many birds there. We tried to feed them using the seeds, then some of birds will laid up on our hands and enjoyed the foods. Left from there, we entered again to the ocean park’s building waiting for the sea lion show, Dr.Stephen offered us to take a coffee break, of course we accepted it with pleasure. Around 45 minutes we took for the coffee break while talking about some random topics, such as our teaching experiences during here and how's our planning and preparations for the final teaching demonstration.

It seemed that we were enjoying the break too much so we were late to watch the sea lion show, when we went out, it was already ended hmm so sad. So, we thought that back to dorm was the best choice. But, instead of back dorm, we strolled again to the Rizal Park and took pictures there. After that, we back to FEU, and ended up our trip at National Book Store. Actually, we told Dr. Stephen about some stuffs that we needed for our final teaching demo, so he offered to take us there. After that, we separated and back to the dorm.
